Is the file in �Word Document (.docx)� format? If not, the document fails this test. Is the filename descriptive and does it identify the document or its purpose? If not, the document fails this test. NOTE: If the document extension is not displayed, open your documents folder in Windows Explorer, select �Tools>Folder Options>View>uncheck 'Hide extensions for known file types'>OK." An example of a descriptive filename is �FY16-Report.docx.� The file must be in the �*.docx� format for accessibility testing to be possible. An example of a non-descriptive file name is �Document1�.
